Taxes & Import Fees

For customers in the United States and European Union, applicable taxes are collected during checkout whenever required. Most EU orders are shipped using services that help minimize additional import charges upon delivery.

Delivery Issues / Failed Delivery

If a package is marked as delivered or delivery was attempted by the carrier, but the order is not received due to a courier error or lack of notification, we can refund the full value of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as the parcel was correctly shipped from our side and courier handling is outside of our control.
