Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. While Terra Occulta is based in the European Union, we work with trusted production partners in the US, EU, UK, and Australia to ensure reliable fulfillment and delivery.

Order Processing Times:

• Terra Occulta Clothing and Décor Items: These are made to order and may take up to 7 business days to ship.

Delivery Times (Estimated):

• US: 3-5 business days
• EU: 10-15 business days
• AU: 10-15 business days
• UK: 3-5 business days
• Rest of the World (ROTW): 10-30 business days

Shipping Partners:

• Shirts, Stickers, Mugs and Totes: We have shipping partners in both Europe, UK and the US, so your orders will arrive faster.
• All other items are shipped from the US, as this is where the majority of our customer base is located.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

For customers in the United States and European Union, applicable taxes are collected during checkout whenever required.
Most EU orders are shipped using IOSS-compliant services, which helps ensure VAT is processed in advance and minimizes the likelihood of additional charges upon delivery.
Our goal is to provide a smooth delivery experience with no surprise fees for customers in the US and EU.

Important Information

You may receive a shipping notification and tracking number several days before your order actually leaves our production partner. If your order remains in a PENDING state for a while, don't worry - this is completely normal.

Order Tracking & Address Accuracy

All orders ship with tracking, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment costs. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
