We ship worldwide and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible! Though we’re an EU-based company, we have trusted partners in the US and Australia to ensure speedy delivery.
Order Processing Times:
- Terra Occulta Clothing and Décor Items: These are made to order and may take up to 7 business days to ship.
Delivery Times (Estimated):
- US: 3-5 business days
- EU: 10-15 business days
- AU: 10-15 business days
- Rest of the World (ROTW): 10-30 business days
Shipping Partners:
- Shirts, Stickers, and Tapestries: We have shipping partners in both Europe and the US, so your orders will arrive faster.
- All other items are shipped from the US, as this is where the majority of our customer base is located.
Important Information:
- You may receive a shipping notification and tracking number several days before your order actually leaves our distribution center. If your order remains in a PENDING state for a while, don’t worry - this is normal!
Note for Canadian Customers:
Due to ongoing strikes in Canada, we’ve had to temporarily raise our shipping rates. Please check your cart for the most up-to-date rates. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience as orders may take longer to arrive.
Order Tracking & Address Accuracy:
All orders ship with tracking, and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is on its way. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost. Please note, orders cannot be canceled after providing an incorrect address.

- Delivery Issues / Failed Delivery: If a package is marked as delivered or attempted for delivery by the courier but the customer does not receive it due to courier error or lack of notification, we can refund the full price of the items. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, as the parcel was correctly shipped from our side and courier handling is outside of our control.

EU RETURNS
Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment or a store credit for the full price of the item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage.
The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.
Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to pay for return-shipping.
For items that are eligible for a refund:
Contact us through the contact form. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE. In the contact body, let us know which items you'd like to return. Someone will get back to your within 3-4 business days with instructions on how to complete the return and get your refund.
US & REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
At this time we do not accept US & ROTW returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
For customers within the EU, exchanges are available. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for customers in the US or the rest of the world. Returns for EU customers are accepted in line with applicable regulations.
Items that are ineligible for a refund or exchange:
- Returned after 14 days from the day of shipment
- Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email from us once it has been approved. From there the money will take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be back in your account.

- What brand of t-shirts do you use?
We primarily use Gildan 5000 100% heavy cotton t-shirts, known for their classic fit and true-to-size measurements. In instances where the Gildan 5000 is unavailable, we opt for Gildan Softstyle as an alternative. If you prefer one over the other, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- How should I care for my t-shirts?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Air dry to preserve ink durability and avoid shirnkage
- Do not tumble dry
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible:
- Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
- Digital Payment Options: PayPal, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay
- I need to cancel an order. Can I do this on my end?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible via email (contact@terraocculta.eu) or use contact form. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. However, if you have already received a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot make further changes to your order.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

As each item is made to order, please allow 4-5 business days for production before shipment.

Our software unfortunately does not allow us to edit items or adjust prices to finalized purchases. If you'd like to cancel and replace your order correctly before it is shipped, contact us through contact form.

If you are trying to use a code for your order, it must be applied before submitting your order. Please note that only one promo is applied per order/ per customer. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for any changes to be made. Because of this, we ask that you verify all information inputted is correct BEFORE submitting your order (including adding codes or coupons).

To maintain print quality:
- Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
